Day 01: Padum - Thongde (about 3 hours) |

| Today, you can start trekking from Padum to Thongde. From Padum, you can follow the way to Pupating till the bridge, then you can have an easy going until Thongde. |

Day 02: Thongde - Thongde-la (about 3 hours) |
|

| In the morning, you will go from the village of Thongde to the gompa, then follow steady path as far as the pastures of Thongde. Later, move further on a winding path to the Thongde-la. Then, go down for about 3 hours as far as the junction with the first large valley. After crossing several rivers, you will come to a camp of the Thongde-la. |

Day 03: Thongde-la - Shade (about 6 hours) |

| Today, you will trek further from the camp and walk to Shade. A wooden bridge and three chortens marks the entrance of this village. |

Day 04: Shade - Phuktal (about 7 hours) |
|
|
| Today, you will trek further from the Shade village to the three chortens and follow the main valley. Walk along the Tsarap river for about 1 hour till you reach the large cave. After reaching the cave, cross a small pass on a ridge, and go back down towards the river till the Phuktal monastery. |

Day 05: Phuktal - Ichar (about 7 hours) |

In the morning you will start trekking from Phuktal to Ichar. Ichar is an interesting fortified village.

Day 06: Ichar - Bardan Gompa (about 7 hours) |

| |
Today, you will again start trekking from Ichar to Bardan Gompa. Bardan Gompa is a Kagyupa monastery famous for its prayer wheel about 180 cm high.

Day 07: Bardan Gompa - Padum (about 3 hours) |
|
|
| |
Today, you will trek further from Bardan Gompa to Padum, the last destination of trekking.
